Seat Pan and Bumper Re-Manufacture

Michael Larsen, Denmark

Seat Pan Re-manufacture

The seat pan is made of 1 mm steel , the bead is made in a bead roller .The z-profile that you see in picture 1 had to be made because my bead roller did not have enough throat to get the beads where I want them to be. This z-profile will be welded to the pan later . The "bulk" is an out door garden lamp! The other round piece I have make with a stretch tool, these 2 pieces will be welded together, and trimmed down to size. With the bead roller I will make an outer edge at the "bulk" at approx 90 degree. The inspection hole will be made with a hole saw. And all pieces welded together.
